Muna grew up in Addis Ababa, where meals were always shared โ long, unhurried gatherings around a single large plate of injera topped with a dozen dishes. When she moved to Edinburgh, she carried that tradition with her.
She opened her kitchen not to run a restaurant, but to share a culture. The spices come from Ethiopia. The injera is made fresh each morning. The recipes are her mother's.
Come hungry. Come with people you love.
